App Data vs Local App Data

Hi guys,

Does anybody know the difference between App Data and Local App Data. I found 2 registry entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders.

Cuz I am now using Folder Redirection, so I want to make sure what kind of data will be, or not be, transferred to the redirected place.
