My Call Pilot Server was really flakey yesterday. I tried opening a couple of Application ID's in Application Builder and it just kept hanging up. I ended up having to reboot the server. Now everything works except the 2 Application ID's that I was trying to open before I rebooted will not open. I get "The system could not load the application from the server. Please check the connection to the server"
Does anyone know hot to get it back?

It's happened to me before as well. Unfortunately, I had to get Nortel involved to get the Apps unlocked. There is a folder in the Nortel directory that the Apps are temporarily moved to while anyone is editing them. Since you got locked up while editing, the apps are still in this folder, and the system thinks they are locked for editing. Nortel was able to delete the files from this folder, as well as another temp file that is created, and it fixed my problem. I will look and see if I can find the folder in which these are stored as it was a fairly easy process.
