App Builder Menu locked from a previous Admin

Hello All! I am thinking I have a generally easy question but I've tried just about everything!
I have a menu I need to edit but it says it's locked. I get:

This application can not be opened because it is currently being updated by another administrator. Please try again later.

The problem is that the other administrator is no longer working here and I have no way to login with his credentials.

Any ideas on how I can free up this menu for editing?

On the callpilot server is a temp directory. Where it copies the app to while you alter it.
If you find it there you can delete it that should get rid of the lock.
By the way there are many treath in this forum with other solutions
