App Builder error "could not connect to aos server"

Any help is greatly appreciated i have read prevous threads on this same issue but non of those resolutions worked for me I looked at log and here is what it reads:

I am running app builder 5.00.41.37
This worked just fine for years and suddenly stopped no changes or anything have been made Callpilot is at 4.04.04 all PEPs are current what am i missing?

I had some Client PC’s with AppBuilder that got the same massage, I found that our IT department had some “Fire Wall Polices” assigned to some of our CLAN client PC’s that were causing the AOS connect message.
Are you coordinating with an IT department?
