APOS freeware

I know it's freeware, but I was trying to install the ActiveXViewerFilter for CE10, and can't get it to work.

I installed the files where they should go, and assume that the filter buttons should just show up now in the activeX viewer, but nothing happens.

Anyone ever used this and am I missing something in the install? Is it even worth it? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
