Apollo P2150U printer software reinstall problem

Hi

For some reason, I had to uninstall my (USB) Apollo printer's software. Uninstall completely removed everything under the Program Files for the printer but gave error in the end "Some files couldn't be removed".

Now, when I try to reinstall using the Apollo Software CD, it says "Software already installed on this PC, first uninstall". When I try to uninstall using the CD, I get "cannot find install log C:\Program Files\Apollo P2100U Series\.......isu", uninstall cannot continue".

I found a registry entry for the Apollo and removed that too but the problem remains.

Any one knows a way out of this chicken and egg problem?

Hi
Try RegCleaner to completely un-install ever component of your printer software.
Also delete every mention of the printer software under “Software”.
Also use “Do them all” under Tools>Registry cleanup.
