APNS Certificate popup

Hi all,

Installed latest version of Kaspersky Total Security today and since installing, every time I open my email client (Outlook) I keep getting a pop up that I can't get rid of.

I don't have an iphone device but did have an ipad a while ago so thinking it was something to do with that, I uninstalled iTunes but the problem persists.

What can I do to stop these annoying pop ups?
