I just acquired a cs1000e 6.0 with a Call Pilot 5.0. Apllication builder will now allow me to change passwords for new applications. What is the procedure to allow me to use my own passwords? and what is the default password, i would like to get in to change the greeting with the default password please.

Apllication Builder password

Are you trying to change the greeting by accessing the application via the telephone? If so, you can set your own password by accessing the application via the gui interface for app builder then going into properties for the application, selecting the security tab and changing / setting the telset maintenance password.
