API SHFileOperation "invalid file handle"

I get this message when I try this routine on Windows2000 with Internet Explorer 6 loaded only. I have a Windows2000 system with Internet Explorer 5 and it works fine.

The error I recieve is error code 6 "invalid file handle"

Can anyone help?
