How do I get a list of all API commands?

API = Application Program Interface.

In version 5 and 6, there is a help file just for the standard Windows API's It should be under Borland's help files from the Start menu. You can also access it in Borland's Help section under Window's SDK. As Smays says, prepare for a firehose.
