API IN VFP

i have a accounting software which is created in vfp9, that have a client having name, address,state & gstin (sale tax number)
now i issued a invoice/bill to him and upload invoice/bill data to gst portal manually to get qrcode for print at invoice/bill
i want this will upload auto
with the uses of api
but how i can do this?
any command,example ?
anybody please guide me

I'm not familiar with GST, but found this developer documentation:

If you mean this you have one starting point. You could take the C# examples 1:1 and create a COM visible Assembly or you start "from scratch" and use GET and POST http request aka RESTful API via WinSock (very low level), by using an OLE class for HTTPRequests or a third party component, for example from West Wind or Chilkat.
