APC SmartUPS 1400 units won't power up...

Greetings!

I have two APC SmartUPS 1400 units that won't power up. I've pulled the expansion cards out of the back, and even swapped the batteries with a known good one. But neither powers up. I've got a known good source of power.

Has anyone opened one of these up? Is there a fuse on the inside? I hate to toss these things.
