We have two Matrix 5000 UPSs and they are both exhibiting the same problem. They both have "No Battery Communications" on the LCD. This happened after we installed new batteries. We had the unit "serviced" and but the problem continued. We then bought new batteries AGAIN and it STILL doesn't recognize the batteries! I've tried swapping out the communications cable and nothing. It sees that there's voltage, but it doesn't know how many bats it has and the LED on the front of the battery is dim. This is a problem because it's not going to warn us if the batteries are low. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
