Apache w/SSL visible inside and outside of firewall

Hi,
I have finally got SSL working on my site but now I cant see it externally. I know I need to change or add to the .conf file but after searching the web and experimenting I still cant get it to hit the page externally. Any ideas would help :)

Is your router/firewall forwarding https traffic to port 443 on the server?
