Can you set up multiple virtual websites as you can in IIS?

Just another quick thought - I found Apache much much easier to set up than IIS. I felt like IIS was over-documented for a newby. Apache works perfectly, right out of the box.
You technically dont even have to set anything up if you dont want to customize anything - php only needs another 2 lines in your config file... most additional modules and extensions can be added in this manner.
I would recommend Apache to newbies. Especially as far as virtual hosting is concerned!
