Hi everyone,

I have my computed (xpPro) and a server behind a router.

to weeks ago I added a virtual host in my apache config to have 2 domains pointing at me.

but sudently the remote desktop connexion, on my xp computed , is not working.

It was doing find before, so can someone give me a clue on what is going wrong

thanks

If you take the virt host out, does the remote desktop start working again? Is it a named virt host or did you add an IP?

Hi

that is the way I have done it:

NameVirtualHost *
<VirtualHost *>
ServerAdmin duponty@hotmail.com
DocumentRoot "C:/Program Files/EasyPHP/www"
ServerName robo-tic.homeip.net
ErrorLog logs/error.log
CustomLog logs/access.log common
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *>
ServerAdmin duponty@hotmail.com
DocumentRoot "C:/Program Files/EasyPHP/ ServerName erickphoto.homeip.net
ErrorLog logs/error.log
CustomLog logs/access.log common
</VirtualHost>

alright!

when i take of the virtual host, it doesn't work eather...

and

I didn't made virtual host with ip, ..., I did it with dyndns assingment, the way posted before...

thanks

Because of your answer to #1, I think something else broke your remote desktop and not the virutal host directive in apache, especially since you didn't add an interface to do it.

ok that is a hint

the message I get when I try to log is

VBScript: remote desktop disconnected

...

any other clues...

Sorry, I don't do windows. You're either part of the problem or part of the cure.
