Hello All,
I have a Windows 2003 Server running Apache 5.5 and we are finding that when I have 200+ signed on to the applet running through this server, that it slows down significantly (the applet/servlet not the server) and finally ends all the users until we restart the servlet. Checking the Apache logs we find that there is a jvm memory error. I searched the web and found I should edit a catalina.bat file to increase the amount of memory allocated to Apache. 5.5 does not contain a catalina.bat. Any suggestions on what in 5.5 does this job instead of the catalina.bat? I should point out that Apache is set up on the server to run as a service.
Thank you in advance for all thoughts and considerations on this issue!
