Apache to mailserver port?

I’m using Apache Server with Merak mailserver and it’s Power Pack webmail interface on my server. Since I have other websites on my server besides the dot com I wish to use exclusively for email and cannot use port 80 as a control port, how can I direct the virtual host for just this one website to the proper URL and port for the mail server webmail facility?
