I've installed Apache with no errors, and I'm able to start it ok. However, when I point my browser to localhost,127.0.0.1, or my actual ip, I get Connection Refused messages.

What could this be?

Do you have a firewall set up? Probably you're blocking the port. Also, make sure that apache is running on port 80 (check the httpd.conf)

I do have a firewall, and its forwarding port 80 to my pc, but shouldn't localhost/127.0.0.1 work anyway (regardless of a firewall)?
