I installed Apache 2.0.40 recently, however, cannot get it to start as a service under Win2K. I ran 2.0.39 before and it ran beautifully. Error log says the following:
[crit] (22)Invalid argument: Parent: Failed to create the child process.
[crit] (22506)The handle is invalid. : master_main: create child process failed. Exiting.
[notice] Parent: Forcing termination of child process 3121088
This is the default config file and no other changes have been made since install.
What does this mean and how do I got about fixing the problem? Any feedback is appreciated.
