Apache ServerName

Hey guys,
I just setup my apache webserver. I worked on my computer. When I use another computer to browse it, it can't find it. I managed to ping ip address. I checked the port 80. It stated in use. What should I do? I had setup apache web server(with domain name)
ServerName abc.abc.com


ServerName 68.2.144.184(without domain name)
What should i put there?

http://68.2.144.184

or just 68.2.144.184/

Can you ping the host name from another workstation and from the Apache server?

Yes I do. I can ping from other workstation.
