apache sends out incomplete files

problem :

(the images are OK on my hdd)

(on most files i get a few kB ok, then junk)
exceptions : txt files apear to work ok (but NOT htm*)
also php files have no problem



i have apache+php on a win server :

http://193.19.193.163/phpnfo.php

and my conf:

http://193.19.193.163/httpd.conf

would appreciate any help.

There is a problem with those files. I downloaded them and none (5) of my image viewers could display it. When I used IE to view it, it looks just like it does viewing it on your site.

the files _are_ ok

this is a grayscale 20% quality of the original pic. if it is small it works. anything larger than a specific size gets messed up
