Hi,

Hopefully someone can help steer me in the right direction here. I'm trying to set up an Apache server to act as a proxy for another non-ssl web server. The Apache server really doesn't have to do anything else, if that makes it simpler. So essentially I would like it to simply as a https proxy for the http web server.

I've mucked about a bit with ProxyPass and ProxyPassReverse and can get to the initial login screen, but things go downhill after that. ;(

Any hints are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Things go downhill how? If you can explain the problems you are seeing we can help.

I imagine your backend server is probably hardcoding its URL's so when the user clicks the link their browser tries to connect directly to the backend machine.

But thats a guess, more data will help.
