Apache problem

I have Apache 2.0.43 running on a win2k pc.
It used to work just fine, but since about 2 weeks the apache service stops without a reason or an error message after a couple of hours ( sometimes after 3 hours and sometimes it runs for 20 or more hours before it stops) After I restart the Apache Services everything works fine for about 5 or 6 minutes, and then the pc will restart automaticly. Cant find any problems in the error logs.Anybody heard of this problem before?? There were no other programms installed on the pc that could cause the problems.

Are you running a firewall? I've found blocked attempts to access my apache.exe from the outside. Maybe someone's screwing with you and shutting it down. Newposter
