Apache on Windows 2003 Server - Standard Edition

I am about to install Apache on a Windows 2003 Server (Standard Edition). I have never installed (or used) Apache before. Everyone keeps telling me that IIS has a lot of security holes in it. Does anyone have any tips or hints or suggestions?

Try installing PHPDev, it works well with 2k.

I am basically going to be using ASP, ASP.net. I don't know much about PHP.

Then forget about Apache, unless you want to pay for Sun's ASP solution.

Sure, but that's ASP/Perl, not ASP/VBScript which is the "regular" kind of ASP.

Not much point for just being able to use VBScript. Maybe I should install IIS instead. Thanks for your help.
