All:
I am Running Apache 1.3.20 on a Win2k Server (Dual 450 / 512MB Ram)… This server is on a test bench and thus there are no users actively using it. I am impressed with the responsiveness of this configuration... Except... When I do file transfers (MP3 Downloads, exe files, etc)
Here's the skinny:
I connect locally (127.0.0.1/mp3/dir/subdir/song.mp3). The download of the file works fine. The problem I have is that the download throughput is roughly 36k/s. If I start multiple downloads they all run at 36k/s (simultaneously). The Resource usage (CPU/RAM/DISK) is nearly idle. Is their a Per connection throughput cap setting somewhere? If so How do I change or remove it?
Thanks in advance,
Brian
