Trying to compile Apache from src (tried 1.3.27 and 1.3.28) on a Solaris 9/Intel box. The compilation and install works fine. No errors, no warnings.

When I try to start Apache, though, I get:
---
Killed
./apachectl start: httpd could not be started
---

No logs are created in the logs/ directory. I've tried a known good httpd.conf file, and I've tried very basic http.confs. Without anymore information, I just can't figure out why this is happening. Any ideas??

Thanks!
