Hi,
What are the permissions required for the user with which Apache is going to be strated on NT?
I don't want to run apache as a regular Amdinstrator.
Any suggestion is really appreciated.
Thanks.

I don't understand the question. Apache doesn't care who fiddles with it. All it's configs are done by editing a text file called httpd.conf but apache must be restarted everytime you make a change. The system admin controls who can stop and restart the service and have access to httpd.conf.

I am application admin. I want to take care of it. I dont want system admin do it. At the same time, I can't have administrator password. I can have a user created for me with required privileges. Then I can do start and shut down amd other maintainenace aldo.
Thanks for all your help.
