Apache Newbie

Hello All,

I'm new to Apache but would love to swith to it from MS IIS4. My boss is a MS guy and wants me to prove to him that Apache is worth its weight before switching. Right now, I have Apache 1.3.12 installed and serving websites. I need to install Cold Fusion though,which has a module that needs to be dynamically loaded to Apache. Cold Fusion complains at setup that Apache is not configured to accept modules dynamically. How do I do this? I would love to turn our office open source as soon as possible. Please assist!

this concerns loading dynamic shared objects at startup/restart. According to documentation it is on by default in Window$, but not on UNIX.
