Apache-MySQL- PHP from a CD?

Is it possible to run an Apache server with MySQL and PHP setup from a CDrom? The purpose being that I would like for users to insert the CDrom and run the database form the CDrom. I.e; a copy of the website on CD, so that the user does not need to install or do anything.

Is where could I find the info with the steps on doing it as the pro's and cons that may be encountered.
