Apache Load Balance

We are running
Platform: Solaris 8
Web Server: Apache 1.3.26
Tomcat: 3.2.3

We are trying to load balance behind a Cisco, CSS 11151. We are running Apache 1.3.26 and Tomcat 3.2.3. From what I understand, we are not using mod_jk or jserv but chose to use a Tomcat module instead.

The problem we are having is when we put the second Solaris server in the load balancer. Our users get parts of pages missing, incorrect information, etc.

Any ideas?
