Apache GUI?

Is there an Apache GUI available (free) I'm on XP HOME. Reason I ask is that I've got several php/mysql sites on local. I've set everything up as root. an don one site it keeps telling me can't connect to database using user eheyl eheyl@localhost.com So I'm wodnering a quick way to change it. I've checked my code for my pages and the connection script. I'm stumped.
