Im trying to runnin apache 2.0.44 as a service using a normal user account. Well, I got the everything set up alright and it worked when running as system, but once i set it up to run as a user,
it gives me:

and the event log says:
The Apache2 service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
