Has anyone ever had Apache AND IIS with FrontPage Server Extensions running on the same machine at the same time (granted, listening to different ports)?

If you have, what were the main problem(s) that you encountered.

The reason being, is I'm being asked to do a feasibility study on multiple servers running the Oracle HTTP Listener and IIS HTTP Listener. The Oracle HTTP Listener will then redirect requests specific for J2EE/OC4J to an Oracle iAS server. The IIS Listener will in turn return requests for the specfic website.

If I haven't really confused you yet I'm surprised because I'm still confused from writing it! HAHAHAHAHA

Any input of discussion would be appreciated.

taking out the FrontPage portion due to god not allowing me to install it on my machine

I recently installed
Apache2
Apache-Tomcat5
IIS 5.0

and have all running fine. all that was needed was the for them all to listen on there own port. I left IIS alone on 80 and set the remaining to 8080 and 8081.

both Apache and IIS also share the resources for lanuage interprutors.

no issues thus far and I've tested this configuration fairly exstensivly.
