Apache and Crystal Enterprise on Windows

Has anyone configured Apache to run with Crystal 10 on Windows. I'm having a really hard time, thought I thought that I was following the instructions pretty closely. Specifically, I can't seem to configure Apache's http.conf file to properly handle .rpt and .csp files.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
