Hello....I am not experienced with Apache/PHP, but well versed with MS IIS versions. Currently I have an application installed, which is running PHP on an Apache server. In order to bring up the home page, I need to type the full URL of:


I want to just be able to type:


How can I allow both to work correctly?

If you have access to the httpd.conf file add index.php to the DirectoryIndex directive.
