I loaded Apache 1.3.14 on my Windows2000 laptop.
It said that Apache is running... when I started the service.
The problem is that I can't get the CF server to work.
When I tried to open CF Administrator, it thought that I was trying to download the index.cfm file from 127.0.0.1.
Why is this?

I copied the file c:\cfusion\bin\ApacheModuleColdFusion.dll to c:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\modules\ApacheModuleColdFusion.dll

and 2. Edited the Apache configuration file, c:\program files\apache group\apache\conf\httpd.conf. Inside the file, added the line

LoadModule coldfusion_module modules/ApacheModuleColdFusion.dll

That still didn't work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Longhorn

Which did you install first?

If Apache, I suggest un'ing CF and re'ing it...

you need to install apache first
then cf server

plus in addition to adding that "LoadModule" command in the you need to type in the httpd.conf....
you also need to type in the "AddModule" command under the Add Module section of the httpd.conf file....

"AddModule mod_coldfusion.c"
