apache alias and url arguement

hello i am running apache on win 98 and coldfusion. everything works fine but i would like files with the .html extention to execute
coldfusion code also. any file with the .cfm extention works fine and any coldfusion docs with the .html extention workfine if i acces the file in the form of :
