Apache 2 and NDS

I have been trying to add NDS authentication to some web pages on my server and can't seem to get it to work. The error log tells me this

Well first off, your using LDAP, you do not use . for LDSP, you only use ,

How sure are you that your LDAP is good? How sure are you that your able to use clear text? Are you trying to use SSL?

LDAP authentication has major problems if you have two users in the tree with the same UserID or an alias with the same name. The problem being those people can't log in because LDAP can't tell the difference between users in different contexts. Keep this is mind when using LDAP to secure a Netware 6.5 server. Netware 6 server dont have this problem because you can use mod_nds instead of LDAP.

Also, there are tons of TID in the knowledge base about this subject... just go there and type in "LDAP Apache". You will need to configure the LDAP server or group object in the container where your server. I can't remember which one. Also, LDAP with 6.5 server and apache 2 requires a special user that has certain rights to the root of the tree if I remember correctly.
