Apache 2.0.44 /modssl

I recently ungraded to apache 2.0.44 but i cannot get ssl or work with it.. I had ssl working with 2.0.43, but it fails to load the module in 2.0.44 .. any suggestions or is there something special that needs to be done beofre it will work?

the solution to the problem is compile the mod_Ssl statically

--enable-ssl=static

that solved the problem
