Apache 1.3.27 and Authorize.net 1

Hi folks,

My first post! I am a newbie and have a website running Apache 1.3.27, using Authorize.net and Miva Merchant as my shopping cart.

Intermittantly I/my customers receive an "interrupted Service call" error in the final step of the checkout process.

I am wondering if upgrading the server to 2.0 (?) would solve the problems.

Comments appreciated.

Are there any entries in your Apache server logs that might give more information about the cause of this error?

Wishdiak,

The error has not shown it's ugly head for a month or so... and only in the last month have I really started to pay attention to the Access and error logs.

I know now to go immediately to the server logs when this happens. Sorry I don't have more information for you.
