AP UPGRADE

Hi all,

Am upgrading accpac from 5.5 to 6.0 and on activating AP am getting the following error

'Description: System error. Unable to convert Document Sched. Payment.'

what could be the issue.

You can't upgrade from 5.5 to 6.0, it has to be 5.5 to 5.6, then 5.6 to 6.0, so which one are you doing? Any third party products or other data customizations?

Oh sorry its 5.5 to 5.6 is where am getting the error.

Yes i have third party programs like Workflow notification,Expense re-imbursment,Norming asset management and purchase workflow.

1. Make sure none of those modules has modified the APOBS schema.
2. Run Rvspy during the activation to look for bad data.
