AP Payment Screen

Hi Guy
In the Payment entry screen when i select the transaction type nothing is appeared whereas if i login into admin i can able to see transaction type(mis payement,payment and so on) we checked the permission and everything. only that user getting an issue

(accpac installation is not workstation setup locally depolyed)

any idea?

Accpac version and service packs?
If it is only one user that has a problem then delete the user's folder under the \Site\User folder.

yes only one user has that problem BTW its not default accpac payment screen. we developed a macro AP screen. if i go to the default accpac payment screen i can able to find it whereas macro AP screen i unable to see those transaction types .

may be macro has some issues or i dont know.

Yes, take a look at your macro.

well if other users log into that macro they can able to see the transaction type. where as particualr user called YASER is unable to get the transaction type. if your saying macro is an issue. kindly tell me what i have to check in that macro?

Delete _P.ISM for that user.

Discrepency"? Why would it do that?

Delete any *.exd files on the workstation. You'll get pre-compiled versions of older revisions of macros that can sometimes interfere with how the macros run. When you get rid of the .exd files they will be re-created based on the current revision of the macro.

FYI...
Run del c:\*.exd /s from the command prompt. Windows Explorer does not find all of those files.

I went to users in administrative services i deleted that YASER and i recreated the same user and i went to that macro payment i was able to see the transaction type after few days same problem now occured. that what i meant the word called "Discrepency".
let me do it (Delete _P.ISM for that user). as well
