Running MS SQL, Progression 7.7.3.
In AP, when running Print Check, it shows the what the next check number (46020) should be but when click on OK the message "Check Number Already Used" will come up. Will get the same message unless skip the check number to 46068. I checked the AP data files (APOPNFIL, APDISFIL,etc...) and I don't see these check numbers in there so I don't really understand why it is generating this message. Thanks.

Try purging your AP Open History first. If that does not work, then do you have Bank Book? If so look in the BBOPNFIL_SQL table. If not look in the CHECKREC_SQL table. Either or both of these tables can be purged as well.
