When I "print" an AP batch I get the following error

"Failed to retreive data from the database
Details: [Database vendor code: 468]

what could be the reason. Please help I'll be very grateful.

Thanks a lot

Version is 5.4a
Service pack is 2
database is Microsoft SQL 2005.

This is a fairly new company. The operating system is windows 2003. I tried a workstation install on windows xp but had the same problem.

2 seconds at Google says this is a collation conflict. What order did you use?

I cannot change much order when printing a batch. I just closed everything and said print. Accpac gives a form and I said print without changing anything like I do always.

I did some search on collation...surprising thing is that this used to work before. A new administrator has joined us and it looks like he must have changed something on the database or setup as it happens in all companies even the newly set test company.
Any idea how to solve this.

Yeah, tell the jerk to put it back, and don't mess with things he doesn't understand next time! If he can't put it back, you may have to Dbdump all your database, recreate them new, and Dbload. Default collation order for Accpac is Latin Dictionary case-insensitive.
