Hi,
Does anyone know how to include the Project number on the AP aging report. We use this to identify the containers our PO’s are being shipped in…each AP voucher is linked to a PO which in turn has a project code. This used to be on the report, but seems to have disappeared after a recent update.

The cobol report cannot be modified without modified source code.

The Crystal report for AP Aging by Vendor number is AP31P1.rpt. It is located in the macola\rpts\ap directory. You can modify this report with crystal, but be aware when you update Macola this report is subject to possibly being overwritten by the update.
