AP 3700 IP ALL CARDS ERROR

Hi evry one
We have hipath v4000 here and and it connect with 2 IPDAs,one of'm all the light of the cards are red and all cards do not boot we reboot the console many times but always the same problem ,and the connection between IPDA and the main system is perfect i pinged my self .sorry for my bad english

ACT-USSU and provide the information for the LTU shelf in question. I'm not at work so I can't give you the exact syntax. The shelf may just be deactivated.
