We are trying to decide if we should include Upgrade Advantage Add-on in our maintenance agreement with Avaya. Is it worth the extra cost...any thoughts?
I would have to say it depends on the size of soloution and what it is , you get the security of having the most up to date and supported software levels and a direct line into Avaya if there are any issues. But if you are only going to use the systems for simple tasks and you are not a large multi soloution ends user that is not going to change to any great extent then it is probably not for you.
