When I try to access Call Pilot with App Builder I geta "cannot connect to AOS server". I looked at my DCOM setup on my laptop and it is correct. Any ideas?

You need to check your DCOM and Local Policies on your Call Pilot Server.

You need to make sure you have ANONYMOUS USERS setting in place for both the above items.

I just did this two days ago on a system that I inherited, when I had the same issues. I am not where I have my notes, but if you search "AOS server" in here you will find the instructions.

If you don't see ANONYMOUS USERS in the DCOM and Local Policies then add them. You will need to reboot the server when you make these changes, but it's not that bad.

I always tell people, if I can do it, anyone can do it.

Hope this helps.
