Aopen MX400 /Taxan ev530lr problem

When I power on a home build PC with A TAXAN EV530LR monitor connected to Aopen MX400 video card,the PC hangs
with no video and will not perform a POST. However if I disconnect the monitor the PC performs POST ok and I then reconnect the monitor,it all works ok.This probelem only occurs at power on. The video card works ok with CTX monitor and the Taxan monitor works ok with other video cards.

Any ideas or suggestions,please
